Summary: The team recall the men who've chased them down the years.

"So I dared him, basically, beckoned him with one claw. And he bit! He jumped in the car, and started forward and bam! I turned the water back on. And he's committed by then. Next thing he knows, Lynch is up to his eagles in the fake Red Sea."

BA and Face roared with laughter at the memory. Murdock laughed at hearing the story for the hundredth time. Frankie laughed too.

"I heard about that! They still talk about it at the studio. I can't believe that was you, Johnny. That Lynch sounds like an idiot!"

"Imagine they even gave him another chance later," Hannibal said, chuckling. "Sometimes I want to call Captain Winnetka up, just to hear him tell me again what Lynch's face looked like when the Cap and his daughter got out of the van instead of us."

"Huh?" Frankie said.

"We suckered him," Murdock explained. "Sent him chasing off after the van, but our clients were actually driving."

"Nice," Frankie said smiling. "What about that guy Decker? Man he was pretty hardcore. At your trial I mean. You guys musta really pissed him off."

"Once or twice," Face said, smirking. "Remember the guest house we tricked him into shooting up?"

He looked at BA and they chorused, "Sounds of War!" and almost fell of their seats laughing. Frankie grinned, not getting it, but infected with their laughter anyway.

"Then there was Briggs," Murdock said.

"Who?" Frankie asked.

"Exactly," Murdock said, making the others splutter with laughter.

"We saw off a few colonels in our day." Hannibal sat back with a big grin on his face. "The stories I could tell"

"The stories you do tell, Hannibal," Murdock said

"The stories that get crazier every time you do tell 'em," BA said and giggled.

"The stories you tell until people pull guns on you to make you shut up," Face added.

"Wasn't there another guy?" Frankie asked. "That General Fulbright? I saw him on TV that time Face got that fake pardon. Whoa, he looked like a nut! I'll bet you guys ran rings around him" He stopped, looking at their suddenly serious faces. "What?"

"I got things to do on the van," BA said, "after you nearly got it smashed up for good this time." He glared at Hannibal and left the room.

Murdock looked at his watch. "I need to go to work."

"Give me a ride into DC, Murdock?" Face said. "I feel like getting out of this place for a few hours."

"Sure, Face."

They left together, leaving Frankie and Hannibal alone in the living room.

"Um, what just happened?" Frankie said.

"Long story, Frankie," Hannibal said. "And yeah, you might hear some stuff about Fulbright, some of it not very flattering to the man. But you won't hear anything bad about him from any of us. Understand?"

"Ah, okay," Frankie said, not really understanding, but too nervous of Hannibal's stern expression to ask for more details.

"Now." Hannibal's face cleared and he smiled again. "Did I tell you about the time I pulled an absolutely classical pincer movement against Decker. No? Listen and learn, kid."
