Summary: There's a first time for everything, even for the A-Team!

Colonel Hannibal Smith held out a black gloved hand, palm up, to the young man beside him as he surveyed the area around them. His steely blue eyes squinted in concentration.

"What do you make of it, Colonel?" Lieutenant Templeton Peck asked, placing a cigar in the outstretched hand. Peck turned up the collar of his leather coat and looked around, suspicious of this new turn in events.

"I'm not sure," his commander replied. "I've heard about this - seen it on television - but me? I don't have any experience with this." Hannibal looked down as he lit his cigar, almost as if he were embarrassed by the admission.

"It don't look right," a soft, Texas drawl chimed in. Captain H.M. Murdock stood shoulder-to-shoulder with his commander, surveying the darkening sky. His breath clouded in front of him almost as clearly as the smoke from his commander's cigar.

"It seems - I don't know," the young lieutenant said, as if at a loss for words. "It's weird." He ran his fingers through his hair. "How do you want to handle it, Hannibal?"

"We'll proceed as planned, but we're going to have to be careful. We don't want this tripping us up. BA?" The silver-haired commander turned to the large black man standing by him. "You drive. But keep your eyes open. Stay alert...."

Sergeant BA Baracus shook his head, a look of disbelief spreading across his face. "`Course I'm gonna drive," he snapped. "Get in the van."

As the three Team members piled in, the big man shook his head. He looked around him, admiring how the flurry of flakes was beginning to settle on the cold, Chicago ground. "For cryin' out loud," he growled at his friends as he got into the van. "Ain't you never seen snow before?"
